Due to the agreement with the hotel, all Participants are kindly requested to make payment before 1st March 2018. Payment received after that does not guarantee room availability in the Mercury Hotel.

The main place of accommodation for Congress guests will be The Mercure Gdansk Stare Miasto Hotel.

Due to our arrangement with the hotel the only period we could have booked the rooms for was May 20-24. This is Gdańsk and May is already considered a holiday season in which it is extremely difficult to find a hotel with free rooms number we required. The only hotel matching our needs was in fact Hotel Mercure Gdansk Stare Miasto.

Considering a number of requests for coming earlier and/or staying longer we have adjusted our registration system allowing you to choose between the main dedicated Mercure Gdansk Stare Miasto Hotel (only available for May 20-24) and other nearby hotel offering same quality and room standard for period of your choice.

Please do keep in mind that Hotel Mercure will be our point of gathering from which buses will start their tours and arrive after.

All participants have to submit the registration form using this form. Confirmation email will be sent.

If two participants or a participant and accompanying guest will share a room please register together in one registration.
